We have had the pleasure of working with Melanie Love over the better part of a year on our extensive home renovation project.  Melanie took over our project relatively early from a different designer and stepped in with a level of confidence and competency that immediately put us at ease.  Home renovations - which we started as a modest kitchen remodel and eventually ended up gutting most of the house and rebuilding - is a series of important details, deadlines, and decisions.  Melanie is a master at all three of these areas and very importantly has an aesthetic taste that suited our mid-century modern home in a stunning, but pragmatic way.  Melanie doesn't force ideas; rather she is a facilitator of the possibilities.  She provides the right number of options without overwhelming you and is on top of every detail and deadline to make sure projects are moving along on budget and on time.  She has incredible ideas and when we thought something was impossible she figured out a way to make it happen.

We ran into our fair share of disappointments and delays; however, we were always very impressed with how Melanie would confront, address and find ways to remedy the issues so we had a solution and a next step.  She doesn't shy away or disappear when things get tough.  She owns and empathizes with her clients and works tirelessly to get things done.  We can't recommend her highly enough.  She is earnest, sincere, resourceful and creative - and very good at juggling the details, leading strategy, and design and getting things done.
